Dr. Mommy’s Healthy Tips Podcast is back! Although I have been podcasting for some time, due to technical difficulties I was unable to upload to the site. So, technicalities aside…podcasts are now going up. Some you may have heard in the past but just as anything in life, many important tips must be heard several times before they truly sink in. On today’s podcast we discuss the health benefits of Chocolate.  Did you know that chocolate can help reduce blood pressure and help with heart issues?  Dark chocolate contains flavenols that help reduce blood pressure.  Antioxidants are found in the dark chocolate varieties and we have read all the health benefits that antioxidants contain.  Listen to today’s episode for more tips and share your comments below.

    I absolutely love chocolate. I’m not a big fan of dark chocolate, but I still like it. Of course I’ll try to eat more of dark chocolate because of its benefits. Although eating too much chocolate is bad whether its dark, milk, or white.

      Oh yes Kim…dark chocolate takes some getting used to but when you do, you’ll wonder why you never liked it in the first place. And as the saying goes…everything is good in moderation:)
