Holistic Health Tip #14

Do you suffer from allergies? Are you sneezing just thinking about the pollen that the Spring time brings? Instead of reaching for an anti-histamine, consider onions. Onions are an excellent treatment option for those suffering from allergies because the root is completely natural. It actually proves to be very effective at opening the nasal passages.

But don’t go out and start inhaling onions in hopes to relieve your allergy symptoms; it will actually case the same symptoms you are trying to avoid. In order to get the relief the onions will provide, you must take an extract in tiny doses. Continue taking in tiny doses until the body begins to ignore the irritant and begins to develop a defense against the allergens.

Try it…you’ll be amazed how it will truly help your allergy symptoms.
