Holistic Health Tips #21

Holistic Health Tip Ginkgo

Are you having difficulty concentrating? Try some ginkgo. Ginkgo is known for its ability to stimulate the mind and to help the brain to metabolize nutrients correctly. Some cases have shown the reduction of the effects of aging as well as slowing the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.

Ginkgo leaves are ground into a powder and the extract can be used in many different forms. Not too long ago, it became very common to see Ginkgo added to just about everything in the supermarket.

Be sure to visit a homeopathic physician who can help you determine whether you would benefit from a Ginkgo supplement

      Hi Rick,
Ginkgo has been found to help predominately with concentration but has been found to help with leg pain, vertigo, PMS and also helping to improve vision, reducing glaucoma and those with visual issues due to diabetes:) Thanks for visiting!
