I discovered the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar when I read an article about it, I was suffering from chronic nausea at the time, and didn’t realize that one should have used the real unpastuerized organic ACV for maximum effect. Nonetheless it did help me, but I have since read about the health benefits using the real ACV and your article confirms everything I read. I have bought my first bottle, just need to know two things. Must I refrigerate once it is opened and do i take it after or before meals – diluted or undiluted? Thank you for your help.

      Hi Sally,
So glad that using apple cider vinegar has helped you. To answer your questions…no refrigeration is needed and you can take it either before or after your meals. It is recommended to take at least 3 times a day until symptoms subside. It is also best to dilute in water…so for example 1-2 tablespoons in 8 oz of water is what I take and recommend:)
